SS8- Sept 19/22- Race, Ethnicity, and Culture Readings

Theme: Introduction

1. As a class, we will read through the culture, race and ethnicity reading, highlighting and discussing key points.
2. Work through the questions at the end of the reading. Make sure to refer back to the text to help you as they questions are quite complex.

3. Divide into groups and take one of the revitalizing cultures/languages readings. Take details notes, as you will share them with the rest of the class.
4. Once everyone is finished, get into groups of 4, one person from each reading and teach your classmates about your reading, guiding them through the notes they should write.
5. If finished early, you will research a topic for Heritage Fair.
